WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR MORNING CHECK IN

  • You will receive an email with your check in time (usually 7:00 for dogs & 7:30 for cats)

  • Please drive past the entrance to the SPCA of Lake County and do a U Turn to form a single file line at the entrance. See diagram

  • DO NOT ENTER THE PARKING LOT UNTIL A STAFF MEMBER DIRECTS YOU. We check in 1 client at a time

  • Please remain  in your vehicle unless requested by a staff member to help with your dog

WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR AFTERNOON PICK UP

  • You will receive a call when your pet is ready to be picked up. DO NOT COME UNTIL CALLED

  • Pick up is spaced out, so you can pull directly into the parking lot when you arrive

  • To avoid multiple clients in the lobby at one time, please stay in your vehicle and call the office to let us know you have arrived  (707) 279-1400

  •  A staff member will come out and go over the aftercare instructions and bring out your pet.

  • PLEASE BE PREPARED TO ARRIVE WITHIN AN HOUR OF BEING CALLED. We do not have a "closing time" and are obligated to stay until the last animal goes home.

SPCA of Lake County is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides high volume / low cost spay & neuter services for the cats and dogs of Lake County.  Your donations of time, money and supplies allow us to keep costs low.  We thank you for helping us make a difference
